The service
Invoice AI Generator is a free tool for creating invoices in your browser. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue it at any time.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter and for the invoices you issue, including the correctness of GSTINs, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, place of supply and amounts, and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations. The tool's calculations and the GST guidance on this site are general information, not tax or legal advice. Please check with a qualified professional for your situation.
The tool does not generate e-invoices (IRN). Businesses required to use e-invoicing must do so through the government portal.
Your data
Your data is stored only in your browser, as described in our privacy policy. Keeping it safe, and keeping your own copies of issued invoices, is your responsibility. We are not liable for data lost because browser storage was cleared or a device was lost.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tool to create false, fraudulent or misleading invoices, or for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from errors in invoices created with the tool.
