About Invoice AI Generator

Why we built it
Most free invoice tools either ask you to sign up, add a watermark, or upload your client details to their servers. Many GST tools also get the basics wrong: the wrong tax split, invoice numbers that repeat, or a GSTIN typo that only your client's accountant notices.
We wanted a tool that is free, private and gets GST right by default. You fill in the invoice; the tool handles the tax rules.
What it does
- Automatic GST: CGST + SGST for the same state, IGST for another state, decided from the GSTIN and place of supply.
- Correct numbering: invoice numbers up to 16 characters, unique for each financial year, with a new series every 1 April.
- Mistakes caught early: GSTINs are checked for typos before an invoice can be issued.
- Faster payments: a UPI QR code for the exact amount on every invoice.
- Six templates that all carry the fields a tax invoice needs, plus exports under LUT, reverse charge and invoices without GST.

How we keep the GST information accurate
The invoice fields and the guidance on this site follow Section 31 of the CGST Act, 2017 and Rule 46 of the CGST Rules, as published by CBIC. We review it when the rules change. Last reviewed: 2026-10-17.
This tool creates regular PDF tax invoices. It does not generate e-invoices (IRN); businesses that must use e-invoicing should do so on the government's Invoice Registration Portal. Nothing on this site is tax or legal advice. Please check with your CA for your specific case.
